Fishermen
Mack Days 100 per fishermen being caught daily especially in the Delta area. 250 or real shallow 10 feet using
Tubes and whole fish and whitefish jigs.

Fishing Report from the Macman
Fishermen:
Mackinaw all over the Lake in shallower depths. 40 to 55
Perch and Pike are being caught in East Bay Depths of from 1 and a half to 7 feet.
Crow Reservoir Perch and small mouth are active.
Large mouth at Ninepipe really great fishing as well as Pablo Reservoir
Fenn0n slough —-perch and crappie in 40 feet WanaB for perch with an inline works really well.
Below the dam= Small mouth bass use spinners and spoons
Lake mary Ronan is open water. Salmon bite but those fishing shallow are catching trout or kokanee maybe perch. and pike because warm water is shallow.
Pike in the River and Lonepine and East Bay and Dog Lake
Kicking horse, they are catching Crappie and Large mouth
Bull heads come up at Ninepipes and state record has been caught there.
Yellow bay dock is being rebuilt not good for putting in your boat now.

Lots of bodies of water still has ice.
Lake Mary Ronan
Locally we have Crow Reservoir but take a plank to get onto it.
East Bay, nine pipe and Kicking horse AVOID
Swan Lake we caught 11 lake trout but don’t recommend Ice fishing now
Cold weather is coming.
Thompson Chain has ice for Kokanee
Delta area = good fishing for Mack Days which starts on the 13th.
Waiting for open water, prime place at that time is crow reservoir for Brown
Trout and Rainbow.
East Bay partially open but 45 degrees before the perch start biting.
Keep your eye on the weather.

Lake Mary Ronan and Crow Reservoir are the two best perch fisheries now.
We are not sending anyone to ice fish. Not good for that.
Mack Days starts on March 13,2025
New fishing licences are being sold at Walmart tomorrow March 1.
Skidoo and Woods bay and Delta still showing and giving up whitefish.
60 Feet for Mackinaw .
launching behind Kwa tuk nuk not available; too much snow.
East Bay and Turtle not good ice and muddy to get into .
